Welcome to all Mums, Babies & Families
Hello
A warm welcome, my name is Carmen, I am a Mum of 2 gorgeous girls, birth enthusiast, and I have a passion for supporting Mums through their pregnancy journey and beyond. I was born in South Africa and I am also Portuguese (I know...everyone feels confused when I mention that I am Portuguese, especially with my South African accent).
Both of my pregnancies were really lovely, however, I felt like there was always something missing in helping me feel prepared and empowered for the birth of my girls. After the birth of my youngest, I had my mind set on helping women achieve the best birth outcome for them, as well as helping to build their confidence in what is the most beautiful, life-changing chapter of any woman's life.
I have built my knowledge and experience by training with some of the most reputable companies in the industry: The Daisy Foundation, Birth Bliss Academy, KG Hypnobirthing, Sally Parkes Yoga.
Within my antenatal classes, baby classes and doula services, I offer a safe space, no matter which birth preferences you may have, I am here to provide you with all the knowledge necessary, so that you are empowered to make the best decision for you and your baby. Being able to offer a variety of services to expectant and new mums is so important to me, because I value your experience and want to be able to give you the best possible start, plus I do make a mean cup of tea and am always available for a chat.
Our classes are based in Hampstead, Ealing and surrounding areas in London, however due to the current pandemic all of our sessions are available online.
It would be an honour to be a part of your journey.
