A beautiful 4th Trimester baby massage class for mum, and baby with gentle massage movements, relaxation techniques for mum, soothing techniques for baby and topics of conversation surrounding your baby, and your new role as a mum.
Our baby massage classes in Hampstead and Ealing are a wonderful way to bond with your newborn baby, and meet new mum’s from your local area. Sessions are suitable from 4 weeks postpartum right up until your baby is 4 months new.
Baby massage has a number of benefits such as providing relief for gas & colic, promoting a secure attachment, relieving teething discomfort, stimulating baby’s circulation, inducing relaxation, aiding muscular stimulation & sensory integration, and so much more…
Our Maternology Baby Massage Classes run over a 5 week term and offer you and your baby the following:

Our 5 hour Baby Massage Classes are priced at £67 per course, and you will receive the following:
- 5 weekly sessions of Baby Massage which include: full baby massage routine, Postnatal relaxation technique for Mum, Soothing techniques for baby, weekly educational topic
