When a woman becomes a Mother for the first time or subsequent times, life changes in so many ways. Our Mum & Baby Yoga Class is a wonderful way to connect new Mums, whilst spending some quality time with their baby.
Our Mum and Baby Yoga sessions are designed to bring together Mums, and their babies to enjoy a special bonding time whilst playing, breathing, moving and relaxing together in a safe and supportive space. Our Mum and Baby Yoga sessions are suitable from 12 weeks postpartum until baby is confidently crawling.
Mum and Baby Yoga sessions have a number of benefits for both Mums and their little ones: Helping to rebuild a weakened pelvic floor, improving core strength, easing common aches and pains, reducing stress levels, aiding baby's physical development, easing colic and constipation, and so much more...
